Data and purposes
When you request a quote or make an enquiry, we process the data you provide to reply, assess the space and prepare a proposal. The contact form asks for your name, phone number, address, postal code and project description. You can optionally add up to three photographs of the space.
You can also contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. In those cases, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel. We recommend not including other people’s data in photographs unless needed for the enquiry.
Data from this form will not be used to subscribe you to a newsletter or send you advertising. If commercial communications are offered in the future, you will be informed separately and the processing will rely on the appropriate legal basis.
Legal basis
Handling a request for information or a quote is based on taking steps at your request before a possible contract. Where a contractual relationship exists, some data may be processed to perform that contract. Data necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations may also be processed.
Fields marked as required are necessary to identify the request and contact you. Photographs are optional; if you do not provide them, we may ask for more details through another channel.
Recipients
Hosting and security providers may be involved in maintaining the website, with access limited to what is needed to provide those services. Enquiries and photographs submitted through the form are emailed to Aluminios y Toldos Forrat S.L. using the outgoing mail system enabled on the hosting server. The message may be processed by providers involved in its transmission and receipt and remain in the destination mailbox while the request is handled.
This website does not create a public gallery or database of attached photographs. Images are included in the message sent to Toldos Forrat and may remain in the received email while the request is handled.
If you open WhatsApp or Instagram, you will access external services that apply their own privacy policies.
Retention
We retain enquiries and related documentation for the time needed to handle them and, where applicable, for periods required by legal obligations or to address potential liabilities. Afterwards, they will be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for those purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing and, where applicable, data portability. Write to info@toldosforrat.es or our registered address and specify the right you wish to exercise. We will only request additional information to verify your identity if necessary.
